Tonight marks the season/series finale of Harpers Island for Canadians we U.S.-based folks have to cover our ears and eyes for a couple of days before we get to see the final reveal. Maybe theyre working for themselves or alongside Wakefield, but chances are theres more than one person killing people besides Wakefield. So, before the spoilers start flying and prior to tonights Canadian airing, lets look one last time at the list of people who could possibly be another killer on the island.
Lets review the prime suspects, the other (though unlikely) suspects and why they could be the second killer (and why not). And then, of course, those who couldnt possibly be revealed as another killer.

Also, on a side note. Can taking birth control cause hair loss? I know birth control.can just kinda screw up your hormones, so Im wondering if that can contribute. Or does the estrogen actually increase hair growth?
Lately over the past several months, my hair has been thinning gradually, mostly at the very top of my head. Im noticing it more now when I part my hair. Particualrly when my hair is wet, or a little oily, I notice the thinning more.
Theres nothing in my hair care regimen that is contributing to it, so Ive narrowed down causes to either Stress, Genetics, and lastly, hormones. So Im considering buying some rogain. According to WebMD, mens Rogain ((5%)) has a higher potency of medicine than the womens does ((2%)). So Im wondering, is it safe for me to use mens rogain if Im a girl? Or is that too powerful.

DECLARATION OF THE LEADERS
THE MAJOR ECONOMIES FORUM ON ENERGY AND CLIMATE
We, the leaders of Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, the European Union, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States met as the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate in LAquila, Italy, on July 9, 2009, and declare as follows:
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. As leaders of the worlds major economies, both developed and developing, we intend to respond vigorously to this challenge, being convinced that climate change poses a clear danger requiring an extraordinary global response, that the response should respect the priority of economic and social development of developing countries, that moving to a low-carbon economy is an opportunity to promote continued economic growth and sustainable development, that the need for and deployment of transformational clean energy technologies at lowest possible cost are urgent, and that the response must involve balanced attention to mitigation and adaptation.
We reaffirm the objective, provisions and principles of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Recalling the Major Economies Declaration adopted in Toyako, Japan, in July 2008, and taking full account of decisions taken in Bali, Indonesia, in December 2007, we resolve to spare no effort to reach agreement in Copenhagen, with each other and with the other Parties, to further implementation of the Convention.
Our vision for future cooperation on climate change, consistent with equity and our common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, includes the following:
1. Consistent with the Conventions objective and science:
Our countries will undertake transparent nationally appropriate mitigation actions, subject to applicable measurement, reporting, and verification, and prepare low-carbon growth plans. Developed countries among us will take the lead by promptly undertaking robust aggregate and individual reductions in the midterm consistent with our respective ambitious long-term objectives and will work together before Copenhagen to achieve a strong result in this regard. Developing countries among us will promptly undertake actions whose projected effects on emissions represent a meaningful deviation from business as usual in the midterm, in the context of sustainable development, supported by financing, technology, and capacity-building. The peaking of global and national emissions should take place as soon as possible, recognizing that the timeframe for peaking will be longer in developing countries, bearing in mind that social and economic development and poverty eradication are the first and overriding priorities in developing countries and that low-carbon development is indispensible to sustainable development. We recognize the scientific view that the increase in global average temperature above pre-industrial levels ought not to exceed 2 degrees C. In this regard and in the context of the ultimate objective of the Convention and the Bali Action Plan, we will work between now and Copenhagen, with each other and under the Convention, to identify a global goal for substantially reducing global emissions by 2050. Progress toward the global goal would be regularly reviewed, noting the importance of frequent, comprehensive, and accurate inventories.
We will take steps nationally and internationally, including under the Convention, to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation and to enhance removals of greenhouse gas emissions by forests, including providing enhanced support to developing countries for such purposes.
2. Adaptation to the adverse effects of climate change is essential. Such effects are already taking place. Further, while increased mitigation efforts will reduce climate impacts, even the most aggressive mitigation efforts will not eliminate the need for substantial adaptation, particularly in developing countries which will be disproportionately affected. There is a particular and immediate need to assist the poorest and most vulnerable to adapt to such effects. Not only are they most affected but they have contributed the least to the build up of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Further support will need to be mobilized, should be based on need, and will include resources additional to existing financial assistance. We will work together to develop, disseminate, and transfer, as appropriate, technologies that advance adaptation efforts.
3. We are establishing a Global Partnership to drive transformational low-carbon, climate-friendly technologies. We will dramatically increase and coordinate public sector investments in research, development, and demonstration of these technologies, with a view to doubling such investments by 2015, while recognizing the importance of private investment, public-private partnerships and international cooperation, including regional innovation centers. Drawing on global best practice policies, we undertake to remove barriers, establish incentives, enhance capacity-building, and implement appropriate measures to aggressively accelerate deployment and transfer of key existing and new low-carbon technologies, in accordance with national circumstances. We welcome the leadership of individual countries to spearhead efforts among interested countries to advance actions on technologies such as energy efficiency; solar energy; smart grids; carbon capture, use, and storage; advanced vehicles; high-efficiency and lower-emissions coal technologies; bio-energy; and other clean technologies. Lead countries will report by November 15, 2009, on action plans and roadmaps, and make recommendations for further progress. We will consider ideas for appropriate approaches and arrangements to promote technology development, deployment, and transfer.
4. Financial resources for mitigation and adaptation will need to be scaled up urgently and substantially and should involve mobilizing resources to support developing countries. Financing to address climate change will derive from multiple sources, including both public and private funds and carbon markets. Additional investment in developing countries should be mobilized, including by creating incentives for and removing barriers to funding flows. Greater predictability of international support should be promoted. Financing of supported actions should be measurable, reportable, and verifiable. The expertise of existing institutions should be drawn upon, and such institutions should work in an inclusive way and should be made more responsive to developing country needs. Climate financing should complement efforts to promote development in accordance with national priorities and may include both program-based and project-based approaches. The governance of mechanisms disbursing funds should be transparent, fair, effective, efficient, and reflect balanced representation. Accountability in the use of resources should be ensured. An arrangement to match diverse funding needs and resources should be created, and utilize where appropriate, public and private expertise. We agreed to further consider proposals for the establishment of international funding arrangements, including the proposal by Mexico for a Green Fund.
5. Our countries will continue to work together constructively to strengthen the worlds ability to combat climate change, including through the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate. In particular, our countries will continue meeting throughout the balance of this year in order to facilitate agreement in Copenhagen.

After surviving the challenge of meeting readers, creating interest in your book, and selling it, we face the less glamorous, business side of sales: getting paid. Most authors are trusting, and maybe just a wee bit reluctant to pay attention to this critical step. It’s the right/left brain principle at work, I suppose. It’s in our best interests to defy that tendency and pay attention.
A Tale of Two CRMs
When to bypass the CRM and contact the book chain’s home office
A CRM is a Community Relations Manager. This person schedules and promotes author book signings, arranges signs in the store, where your table and books will be, how many books they have on hand and other vital details. The CRM also serves as a liaison with the large book chain’s home office. Yes, that means $$.
While traveling some distance from my home, I enjoyed a lovely book signing at one of the national bookseller chains. It was in the sun belt with my mother-in-law. She graciously put out word of my signing to her club friends, and I enjoyed a strong turnout and good sales. The CRM was appreciative of my sales, gracious, and invited me back for my next release. The books were there, the table prominent, and payment was prompt and glitch-free.
One month later, I traveled to visit a friend in the midwest, I enjoyed another wonderful book signing at a store in the same chain. My lifetime friend, Pam, graciously put out the word to her friends, and I again enjoyed a strong turnout and good sales. Large signs were posted in the windows and the table was well placed, but communication was lacking: the store had ZERO books on hand when I arrived. Had I not schlepped a couple dozen books from my personal inventory, it would have been a disaster. I was organized, and had prepared a blank invoice, just in case. I was able to leave the CRM with an invoice before I even left the store.
Four months later, I still had not been paid. This was not a small amount these books were hardback and retailed at $26.95 each. Numerous phone calls ended with the CRM promising to contact home office to get me paid. After five months and five fruitless requests, I circumvented the CRM and contacted the home office. A rep from accounts payable said I was not in their system. She FAXed me a form to complete, I FAXed it back, and voila! After almost six months I received my check.
What was the difference between the two chain stores? The prompt-pay store’s signing was in July and the slow-pay store’s signing was in August. If store #1 paid, that meant I was in their system, right? Being in the system means it’s easier for them to order your books and, apparently, pay you. I signed six times with this chain, and was in the system so I thought that book supply and payment should be efficiently handled.
I didn’t assume this, though, and brought my own book supply, cumbersome and expensive when flying, what with baggage fees. That saved my signing.
My advice: always maintain an author inventory, always schlep a minimum number of books to your signings. Invoice immediately. When your contact person doesn’t seem to be working for you, politely move on and contact the home office accounts payable department to see what you can do to expedite payment.
More advice: if you’re selling at a conference, try your best to collect your payment before you leave the conference. I sold several books at a conference, but because of a prior commitment I left before it was over and the bookseller would be efficient. In these trying times, he was financially challenged, shall we say? It took two months of e-mails and needling from the conference organizers to get that check.
Wherever you sign, the good news is, if you have payment problems, it means you’ve sold books. You might not have thought you’d have to ravage your bank account and tear a few hairs out to accomplish it, but hey, you sold books.
Got a payment nightmare to share? More tips? If so I hope you leave a comment, and meanwhile, I’m wishing you good sales and prompt payments.

This article is addressed to those who have been seriously injured in a Georgia automobile accident and have not yet retained an experienced injury lawyer. The single most important action you can take to protect your legal rights and to make sure you recover all that you are entitled to is: consult with an experienced Georgia accident lawyer as soon as possible. A good quality injury lawyer always earns his or her fee by strengthening your case and maximizing your recovery. In addition, the following may be helpful:
1. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WHO YOU TALK TO
DON'T talk about your injuries or the accident with the other party's insurance adjusters or lawyers, even if they tell you they are appraising the damage to your automobile. I urge you to not talk to anyone about the accident, until after you have consulted with a qualified Georgia injury lawyer. You are required to talk to your own insurance company, but your lawyer is entitled to be present. Many times, insurance companies try to twist statements you make into admissions against your interest. These admissions hurt your case because they are taken out of context or because the statement is blown out of proportion. As a general rule, the less communications you have with the other party's insurance company until you have obtained quality legal counsel, the better.
2. POLICE REPORT / WITNESSES
DO obtain a copy of the police report as quickly as possible and provide it to your lawyer. If you know of any witnesses to the accident, write their name, address and telephone numbers down and provide your lawyer with a copy as soon as possible. Many times, the facts of the accident (i.e., who caused the wreck) are disputed by the drivers involved. I cannot tell you how many times our case was proven by the testimony of an independent witness who testified that the other party caused the wreck. Not only does this prove your case, it also tends to show the jury who the honest and deserving party is (you!). There is a certain sense of urgency to this because, as time goes by, memories fade, witnesses move and cannot be easily located, and people become less inclined to help. It is important to conduct a thorough investigation and to get sworn statements from all important witnesses.
3. DIARY OF PROBLEMS
DO keep a diary of problems that you confront because of the injuries you suffered in the car wreck. Write down when you are experiencing pain and suffering, activities that you are not able to perform or are able to perform, but must do so with pain and other problems. Serious injuries usually result in large amounts of damages in the form of medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, disfigurement, future medical bills, and a diminished quality of life. In addition, the spouse of an injured person is entitled to be fully compensated for their “loss of consortium” which is the loss that occurs when a spouse is injured and the other spouse loses their companionship, services, and marital relations. So, it is important to document what you are suffering from and how it is affecting your life.
4. LOST WAGES
DO document your lost wages. In Georgia, you are entitled to be fully compensated for you injuries. This includes compensation for lost wages (both past and future), Be certain that you have the name and addresses of all employers from which you lost wages due to the accident. If you are self-employed, obtain records that will show your wage loss. Keep an accurate record of all days lost from work due to the accident and/or your injuries.
5. DAMAGE TO YOUR AUTO AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
DO take pictures of all damages to your car, and to the other car(s) involved in the wreck. This is very important! Err on the side of caution and take a lot of pictures to ensure that you capture the full visual impact of the damage to the vehicles.
6. DOCTOR VISITS
DO follow your doctor's advice and undergo the recommended treatments. The most important thing is for you to get well and to hopefully fully recover from your injuries. Therefore, continue being treated by your doctor and subsequent doctors that you are referred to until you are well. This is equally applicable to any physical therapy to which you have been referred. Many times, physical therapy is a long and tedious process. However, you must complete the program to reap the benefits. If you are patient and follow the program, most times your condition improves. Remember, the most important concern is your health and recovery.
7. HOSPITAL, MEDICAL AND DRUG BILLS
DO obtain and keep receipts and records of all these expenses.
8. PHYSICAL EVIDENCE
DO keep all physical evidence until your case is finalized. If your injury requires a cast, brace, traction, or other apparatus, save it and bring it and give it to your lawyer when you no longer need it.
9. TRAFFIC COURT
DO show up and testify at traffic court. If you receive notice of a traffic court date for the other driver(s), attend and testify regarding who was at fault. If you receive a subpoena, you must attend. Many times a guilty conviction can be used against the other party at the trial of your case.
10. PHOTOGRAPHS
DO take photographs of your injuries. Please take photos of any physical injuries you have and of all property damage. Err on the side of caution and take more pictures than you think is necessary to allow the pictures to show the damage.
11. CONSULT AN EPXPERIENCED GEORGIA INJURY LAWYER WITH QUESTIONS
DO consult with an experienced and successful Georgia injury lawyer about your case. Personal injury litigation often involves high stakes. DO NOT take anything for granted. Know your rights and know what you are entitled to under Georgia law. If you have hired an experienced and successful Georgia injury lawyer, he or she is there for you. I do not know of any good quality Georgia injury lawyer who is not there for their client as often as is needed. You and your lawyer are in this together. Lean on your lawyer for advice and guidance. That is what your lawyer is there for. If you are not sure of something, call.

SEOUL (AFP) – A defiant North Korea on Saturday vowed to build more nuclear bombs and to start enriching uranium for a new weapons programme after the UN Security Council imposed sanctions over last month's nuclear test.
The North, describing Friday's sanctions resolution as a "vile product" of a US-inspired campaign, said it would never abandon nuclear weapons and would treat any attempt to blockade it as an act of war.
The 15-member Council voted unanimously on Friday to slap tougher sanctions on the North to cripple its nuclear and ballistic missile programmes.
Washington hailed the measure but warned that Pyongyang might respond with "further provocation."
The hard-line communist state, in a foreign ministry statement reported by its official news agency, said all new plutonium it extracts would be weaponised.
One third of used fuel rods from the Yongbyon reactor have so far been reprocessed into weapons-grade plutonium, it said
"Secondly, we will start uranium enrichment," it said, adding the North had successfully developed the necessary technology.
In 2002, the North denied US claims that it was operating a secret uranium enrichment programme in addition to its admitted plutonium-based operation.
The plutonium-producing plants were shut down under a six-nation disarmament deal in 2007. But the North vowed to restart them after the Security Council in April condemned its long-range rocket launch.
"It has become an absolutely impossible option for the DPRK (North Korea) to even think about giving up its nuclear weapons," the statement said, adding it would consider any blockade as an act of war and would retaliate militarily.
The North said it never wanted nuclear weapons "but it was an inevitable course of action forced upon us by the US hostile policy and nuclear threats."
"No matter how hard the US-led hostile forces may try all sorts of isolation and blockade, the DPRK, a proud nuclear power, will not flinch from them."
Resolution 1874 passed Friday, which does not authorise the use of force, calls on UN member states to expand sanctions imposed after the North's initial nuclear test in October 2006.
The new resolution calls for tougher inspections of cargo suspected of containing banned missile- and nuclear-related items, a tighter arms embargo with the exception of light weapons, and new targeted financial restrictions to choke off revenue for Pyongyang's nuclear and missile sectors.
The resolution also "demands that the DPRK not conduct any further nuclear test or any launch using ballistic missile technology" and abandon all nuclear weapons and programmes "in a complete, verifiable and irreversible manner."
US ambassador to the UN Susan Rice said from Washington that based on a pattern of "reckless and dangerous actions, it would not be a surprise if North Korea reacted to this very tough sanctions regime in a fashion that would be further provocation."
US intelligence officials believe it will respond with a third atomic test, according to sources quoted by American TV networks.
The North followed up its May 25 nuclear test by testing short-range missiles, renouncing the armistice on the Korean peninsula and threatening possible attacks on South Korea.
Seoul has sent some 600 Marine reinforcements to two border islands amid the high tensions.
The claim to have developed uranium enrichment technology is alarming, said Professor Yang Moo-Jin of Seoul's University of North Korean Studies.
"If this is true, the world would face a very disturbing situation," he told AFP. "The North has abundant natural uranium of good quality which, if combined with technology and facilities, would result in a great nuclear arsenal.
"This means the US policy to disarm the North by sanctions simply did not work."
The North last year said it had extracted 30 kg (66 pounds) of plutonium from Yongbyon over the years. It is not known whether this has already been weaponised.
It could produce an additional 6 kg by reprocessing 8,000 spent fuel rods, Yang said, giving it access to 36 kg enough for eight or nine bombs.
Baek Seung-Joo of the Korea Institute for Defence Analyses said the North "will face a strong backlash from the international community for lying in the past about its uranium enrichment programme."
A key question will be whether China, the isolated North's major ally, will seriously implement the sanctions.
Its UN ambassador Zhang Yesui told reporters countries involved in cargo inspections must act prudently in accordance with international and domestic laws" and with "sufficient evidence."
"Under no circumstances should there be the use of force or the threat of use of force," he said, raising a concern that was also underscored by his Russian counterpart, Vitaly Churkin.

This morning she had her sinus and chest x-ray and did very well with Daddy. She had to stand on a stool all by herself while they did it and daddy said she wanted him to hold her but hecouldn't and she stood there like a big girl! That made mommy happy since I wasn't there. Then I met them both at Dr. Dudley's office for the results. Apparently Miss Emma has an Atelectic lung or something along those lines. Her lung is not inflating all the way so that's why she's been coughing so much for a month! Dr. Dudley also thinks thats why she keeps spiking fevers. So now she is on Augmentin for the ear infection and Bactrium (sp?) for the lung issue. She will take both medicines for 10 days and they also drew blood out of her poor little arm. It was very sad and quite pitiful but she is so strong and such a trooper. Three nurses came in the room to help b/c noone wanted to poke her precious little skin. The finally decided to take the blood out of her arm and she did so well. Yes, she did cry and it broke my heart but what do you do? I would gladly give them my blood but they didn't want it. :( The dr is checking her immunoglobulins IgA to see if she has a low immune system and I can't remember if they were checking anything else. They did recheck her white blood count and it was elevated but she didn't tell me the exact number. When they checked it 2ish weeks ago it was also elevated. So we should get the results in the morning and Dr. Dudley said she really doesn't think the test will come back bad but she just wants to rule everything out. Emma obviously has a hard time recovering from sickness and she started this last sickness a whole month ago. But on the bright side her sinus x-ray did look clear so that's a positive! Oh and they gave her a cup of Mm's for being such a big girl during the blood draw! :)
I'll will update with the results as soon as I know something.

For everyone involved. Pay the higher price for name brand. There are a number of prescription medications and over the counter so a prescription is necessary to get it. Viagra remains one of the main advantages of buying generic sildenafil citrate online is that there is no need to continue with problems with erectile dysfunction, and your doctor needs your information to get an erection, others have an inconsistent ability to achieve and maintain erection, as it may be a result of a certain drug or medications you are using do not stop taking the medication.

Blu-ray is a next-generation optical disc format, featuring a significant increase in storage capacity facilitating support for high definition (HD) video and audio. The introduction of high definition compatible technologies allows for full support of 720p, 1080i and 1080p HD video and establishes 7.1 audio mastering with the lossless DTS HD and Dolby TrueHD audio formats.
High definition video and audio offer an increase in clarity as less compression is required to store the data on the high capacity next-generation formats. To take advantage of HD video you will require a HD compatible television, and similarly a HD decoder for the lossless audio formats.

SPOILERS BELOW…
RECAP: The issue opens with Beast pulling his Science team together with the addition of Warren and Betsy to travel to the past, specifically San Francisco in 1908. They are going to meet the parents of Dr. Nemesis, James Bradley, and get blood samples to study. The other members of the science team are Madison Jeffries, Kavita Rad and Yuriko Yakiguchi. They will only have thirty-two hours to complete the mission before they must return or risk death.
The scene cuts to James dad, Nicola, working on a device to create free, wireless electricity. He is attacked by goons wearing Hellfire garb but is saved by his wife, Catherine, who is wielding energy guns. Once they escape they contact Nicolas sponsor, Cornelius Shaw, who informs them there is no issue and to take as long as they need. He will keep providing the money.
The Science team arrives in the past with Betsy subtlety altering their appearance mentally. They approach Nemesis house but he remains behind. They attempt to explain their mission but are thoroughly rebuffed by Catherine.
Shaw and his lady return to the Hellfire club where it is revealed that they are using psychics who have predicted the beginning of the super hero age. In order to stop the rise of the Overman, as they call them, they need Nicolas device.
Meanwhile, in his lab, Nemesis dad manages to finish his invention. He goes to tell his wife only to learn she is pregnant.
The Science team is running out of time and ideas on how to best get their samples. They decide to split forces and try to handle the parents one at a time.
Nicola is busy presenting his completed marvel to Shaw and of course he steals it and the father. More goons attack the house and Catherine but she is saved by Archangel and two members of the Science team. She is bleeding due to complications with the pregnancy.
Nicola is taken to the Hellfire club where they reveal their plan. They have created the first Sentinel and are going to use the device to power it. Hank, Betsy and Madison attack the club but are too late to prevent the Sentinel from activating.
Nemesis attends to his mother and gets her bleeding stopped, getting the sample along the way. He informs her the pregnancy will be hard and she must rest. He leaves the room and tells the rest of the group that she will die in childbirth.
The Sentinel is in the street attacking Beast and the others. Warren leaps to action taking Betsy to shut down the Hellfire members piloting the thing. Madison, meanwhile, creates a electric weapon and fries the robot. It explodes but one of the pieces impales Nicola. Nemesis gets the sample as Nicola dies in his wifes arms after deciding to name the baby James.
They make Catherine hide the samples in Golden Gate park because they can not take them and then the team leaps forward just before the earthquake of 1908 hits. They track the blood in the park to directly underneath the Sleeping Celestials foot.
Nemesis then jumps back in time to attend his mother in her birth. She dies but the baby lives. He gives his infant self to his grandparents to raise.
MY TAKE: This issue was an interesting but ultimately a disposable one off arc. The story was not bad but was ultimately forgettable. They were obviously eager to get to the big crossover and did not want to spend much time on this plot. Most of the issue was spent with new characters but we do not have enough time to see them really developed before they are killed so their deaths lack impact.
Nemesis is the standout of the story. While I have yet to warm to any of the new Science characters, you can at least start to understand him better. Though it still seems like the writer is unsure what to do with the team as a whole.
I am usually a sucker for time-travel stories but there is nothing really new here. We have a Sentinel lifted mostly from the movies and a Hellfire club we have seen before. In fact all the of characters feel like cardboard cut outs of ones we have seen before either in other comics or movies. And tying the whole thing to the San Francisco earthquake felt forced. Like they wanted to story to have a historical reference and that was all they could think of.
In the end though, the issue was not bad it was simply nothing special. We get a little insight into a new character but that is about all. The story was decent enough but it suffered from lack of space and predictability. I just wish they would have had the time and space to make a proper time travel story with real impact.
Thanks for reading my review for Wolverine Files. I will be keeping to this format for the most part but please keep the comments coming and I will see everyone again next time.

If people are so concerned about their muscle mass, why is it protein that they asked about? Why not anabolic steroids?
After all even the most DIE HARD protein pusher will admit that the effectiveness of protein is very limited.
Protein just isnt going to make you massive.
Anabolic steroids on the other handThey have a very good track record for building muscle. Lots of it.
In factall legal and ethical issues aside, fasting, resistance training and steroids would make for a very, very powerful effect.
Now, Im not about to recommend steroids. Frankly, I just dont know enough about them.
Even though it seems like every week another one of our sports idols has been caught doping.
And rumors spread that just about every pro sport has an almost incurable need for steroids in their sport.
In order for the masses to be entertained, the actors (in this case the athletes) need to be almost-super human.
That and, Im no dummy. Ive been around the steroid game long enough to spot a user.
Ive never used, but I know you can walk into any gym in Southern Ontario and easily pick out a handful of high school kids who are .
Bottom line - if you are in the weight training game, then you are surrounded by users.
So Heres my question for you:
If I were able to provide indisputable proof that the ONLY way for you to get more muscle than you have right now is to use anabolic steroids, and that the health ramifications were minor (remember this is just for discussion purposes, Im not saying this is the case)..what would be your reasons for taking/or not taking them?
Please be sure to qualify all of the assumptions in your arguments.

Incredibly, the FDA is considering proposing limits on Tylenol, an in everyones medicine cabinet drug which if used improperly, causes liver failure. Granted, the after effects are serious, but this also opens our personal medicine cabinet to a host of new limitations, such as Motrin and Advil (ibuprofen), that can cause peptic ulcers and bleeding, in addition to liver or kidney damage. There is Aleve (naproxen) which can increase risk of life-threatening heart or circulation problems, including heart attack or stroke. Also there is risk of serious effects on the stomach or intestines, including bleeding or perforation (forming of a hole). These conditions can be fatal and gastrointestinal effects can occur without warning. These have always been dangerous, but there have been times which we have had to use them.
I worry about the consequences of the limits. I know myself, if I have badly sprained a muscle, have a headache or a high temperature, I will take a pill. Im not going to a doctor. Like many American, my husband and I are self-employed, pay for health insurance, but with a $5000 deductible, cant afford to go see a physician every time we get a minor injury or have a cold. It cost us $150 for a visit, in which the insurance pays little or nothing. So we will just have to stockpile our over-the-counter medications.
It also means that physicians can no longer prescribe Vicodin and Percocet which also contains acetaminophen. Let me try to understand this - is the government telling us that Oxycontin (often called synthetic morphine and highly addictive) along with codeine (also habit-forming), is safer to use than the acetaminophen? Huh, I guess it is better to have more drug addicts in this world. We all know that as Americans we are way too stupid to be educated on the use of acetaminophen.
Dont get me wrong. I dont like any of these drugs and am very careful using them for me and my family.
